Tree sales are final once they have been delivered to your home. Because we sell REAL Christmas trees, we cannot guarantee exact shapes, sizes, branch density etc..There will be a variance between trees and from year to year.

In the event that a tree is purchased, but becomes unavailable, customers will be contacted and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
